1- Requests and Reservations:
Registration requests and reservations are made through e-mail or preferably by telephone, you will receive a detailed email. Before doing a final booking. registration and booking one of our tours or excursions, implies the unconditional acceptance of our terms and conditions LISTED on the website of our company tourist transport.
2- Terms and payment methods:
To secure and finalize your booking with our company, a 30% deposit is required by bank transfer to Morocco on behalf of our our company Western Union transfer. If a transfer we ask you to join us the receipt of the transaction éffectuée for information; a bank transfer from France to Morocco for example takes about six days off vacation days, so thank you for your patience we can confirm receipt.
3- Cancellation charges:
Any cancellation of a circuit or 4×4 excursions or service booked with our society must be sent by courier to Electronic Excellent Tours Ltd as soon as possible. Any cancellation by customers involves the payment of different amounts depending on the date of receipt of the cancellation.
– More than 40 days before departure: 20 € per person for the fee.
– 40-25 days before departure: 50% of total bill
– 11-05 days before departure: 75% of total bill
– Less than 4 days prior to departure: 100% of total invoice
Excellent Tours S.A.R.L se réserve le droit d’annuler le départ d’un circuit ou excursion suite à des conditions particulières tenant notamment à la force majeure, grèves, intempéries, sécurité des participants. Dans ces cas, les clients seront informés par mail ou téléphone selon la période le plus tôt possible et remboursés intégralement des sommes qu’ils ont versées sans toutefois pouvoir prétendre à aucune indemnité.
4- Travel Insurance and Assistance:
No insurance is included in the price of our tours and 4×4 tours. Each participant in our services must be in possesion of an insurance and assistance repatriation, baggage loss and damage, interruption of stay or circuit and medical emergencies.
5- responsibility:
Excellent Tours GmbH is held responsable only for the reserved and paid by the customer including programs as described on our webpage.
6- Claims and litigation:
Our team is always close to you during your tours and excursions, so we encourage you to report any inconvenient to adjust all spot.
Excellent Tours LLC is a Moroccan company subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute arising out of the above conditions, only the commercial court has jurisdiction of Ouarzazate.
